Problem Note 58220: Using a touch-enabled PC with SAS® Studio and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 generates the message "This device or browser is not supported"

The following message is displayed if you try to use SAS Studio with a touch-enabled desktop or laptop PC with the Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 web browser:
It is not possible to access SAS Studio using Internet Explorer 11 with a touch-enabled PC.
To circumvent the problem, use a different web browser.

You can download a SAS Studio 3.5 Single-User edition that runs with Base SAS® in the first maintenance release of SAS® 9.4 (TS1M1) or later.
